1. What is Frequency 2156?
Frequency 2156 is a community based Internet radio from the post-apocalyptic future. Everyone alive and surviving can (and should!) publish radio messages. You can listen to the radio, which plays all the messages or you can browse a Message World Map for single messages from various locations. You can also send a request for a radio message to your fellow survivors all around the world. And of course, you can send your own radio message as well.
2. So what has happened?
We (small group of engineers and scientists) from the year 2156 have managed to build a time lapse feedback device which we can use to send a simple audio signal and this HTML-markup site back to the past. In the year 2156 world has been almost complete annihilated by twenty years long nuclear/fusion war. Almost all the animals have died, almost every human being is dead. We who broadcast this radio from the future also broadcast the same radio in our time to collect data about the survivors. If you are a fellow survivor please broadcast a message to the Frequency 2156 and so also back to the past.
3. How can I send a message?
You can record your message online or you can upload an audio file.
For your radio message you’ll need at least a microphone (and a recording device which will convert your audio file to supported format if you don’t record online). the supported broadcast formats are (at least) ogg, mp3, aac, aiff, werb, tlap and wav. If you have problems on broadcasting your audio try to connect us via email.
4. I don’t understand, what should I say in the message?
Any information or entertainment you provide will be considered useful.
The easiest way might be to just tell about your location, are there any survivors, has everything been destroyed, do you have radiation diseases or are you a cyberorc waiting for to conquer the world. And if you feel you can also sing, play songs, read poems, read stories, perform an act, scream etc. Anything to get that radiated dust off your chest. Посыпаю голову пеплом, но это должен был придумать я.
Простая идея, простая реализация.
Основной фич. Нет людей, нет «эфира».
на РП пока не вернусь. боюсь захлестнуться и утонуть в соплях ностальгирования. да и проект один время 95% отнимает.

ИМПУЛЬСНЫЙ БЛОК ПИТАНИЯ НА IR2156
IR2156 на первый взгляд кажется продолжением серии IR2153 или IR2155, но на самом деле она отличается он них довольно сильно и не только наличием дополнительных сервисов. Как и предыдущие микросхемы данный драйвер позиционируется как контроллер работы энергосберегающих люминесцентных ламп. Однако довольно мощные выхода микросхемы позволяют справляться с мощными полевыми транзисторами и на базе этой микросхемы организовывать электронные трансформаторы сравнительно большой мощности.
Для начала о сервисах микросхемы:
Микросхема позволяет организовать защиту от перегрузки – порог срабатывания выбирает пользователем;
IR2156 оснащена системой мягкого старта, причем частота преобразования, при которой происходит запуск выбирается пользователем;
Драйвер позволяет регулировать «мертвое время» до 2 мкС.
Кроме этого микросхема имеет внутренний стабилитрон на 15,6 вольта, ограничивающий собственное напряжение питания и сравнительно мощные выхода драйверов силовых транзисторов – по 0,5 ампера на открытие и закрытие.
Однако в эту бочку меда следует добавить ложку дегтя – длительность мертвого времени в IR2156 привязана не к резистору, как например в SG3525, а к емкости конденсатора, который одновременно является частозадающим.
В архиве два варианта даташников на эту микросхему. Один – оригинальный, второй – переведен на русский при помощи Гуглопереводчика. В этом же документе приведена методика расчета параметров микросхемы и ниже приведет пример расчета.
Если вкратце, то расчет заключается в выборе мертвого времени, т.е. расчета емкости конденсатора, от которого зависит и мертвое время и частота преобразования. Далее исходя из емкости конденсатора вычисляются номиналы резисторов, определяющих рабочую частоту и частоту софтстарта. Затем вычисляется емкость конденсатора, лпределяюго сколько времени будет происходить софтстарт. Под занавес вычисляется номинал измерительного резистора защиты от перегрузки.
Кроме этого Илья Стельмах не поленился собрать в Экселе электронный калькулятор для расчета необходимых номиналов элементов на базе этой методики, так что проблем с расчетами возникнуть не должно.
ПРИНЦИПИАЛЬНАЯ СХЕМА БЛОКА ПИТАНИЯ НА IR2156
После сборки платы и отмывки ее от флюса необходимо провести первичную проверку. Для этого был использован проверочный блок питания, состоящий из двух не зависимых инверторов на базе DK124. Каждый блок выдает 12 вольт и позволяет получить ток до 2 ампер. Все ссылки внизу страницы.
На микросхему было подано питание 12 вольт и была произведена проверка режимов ее работы. В частности интересовала длительность мертвого времени, частота софтстарта и рабочая частота.
Силовой трансформатор рассчитывался на 40 кГц (сердечник от компьютерного блока питания) и нужно было вывести IR2156 на эту частоту. Кроме этого в качестве силовых транзисторов использовались FQP20N60 заказанные когда то на Али. Как показал опыт использования данных транзисторов совместно с IR2155 мертвого времени в 1,2 микросекунды и хватает, но хватает впритык.
Но тут выяснилась одна неприятность – номиналов конденсаторов 1206 у меня только на 330 пкФ, а этого мало. Собственно плоскость SMD компонентов позволяет производить монтаж друг на друга без выраженной страхолюдности платы, а 660 пкФ как раз должен был обеспечить длительность пауз порядка 1,3…1,4 мкС.
Далее подбором резистора была установлена рабочая частота.
После этих манипуляций используем второй инвертор проверочного блока питания подключив его последовательно с первым. Получившиеся 24 вольта подается на плюсовой вывод сетевого конденсатора.
Данная проверка позволяет выявить межвитковое замыкание в силовом трансформаторе, проверить фазировку вторичной обмотки без риска угробить силовые транзисторы.
Убедившись, что инвертор работает нормально можно пробовать включать уже от сети. Однако без ограничения тока этого делать не следует – мало ли чего еще может выплыть.
В качестве токоограничивающего элемента в любительской среде обычно используется лампа накаливания, установленная вместо предохранителя. Для подобных экспериментов рекомендуется лампа на 40-60 Вт, однако для данных проверок я использую лампы от холодильников (швейных машин) мощностью 15 Вт. При необходимости я их соединяю параллельно получая 4 ступени ограничения – 15, 30, 45 и 60 Вт на лампах.
Использования ламп данного типа кроме возможности переключать ограничения тока дает еще один не маловажный плюс – они гораздо компактней и у них гораздо крепче стекло – разбить подобную лампочку значительно труднее, чем обычную на 40 Вт.
Да и длительное горение даже 4 ламп не вызывает припаливания стола, а вот от лампы на 60 Вт на столе может появиться пятно.
Сразу было не совсем понятно, почему переход на рабочий режим был таким затянутым слишком долго лампа горела в полнакала – в это время IR2156 работала на частоте софтстарта.
Причем осциллограмма мне не очень нравилась – возникал какой то побочный импульс. Причем в момент выключения, при снижении напряжения питания выходной сигнал инвертора приобретал нормальную форму.
Длительность софтстарта сократил довольно быстро – я взял конденсатор не с той ячейки и по итогу вместо 0,47 мкФ на длительность софтстарта я поставил 4,7 мкФ.
Однако это ни как не повлияло на осциллограмму – микросхема явно выдавала не те управляющие импульсы, которые должна была выдавать и не выходила на рабочую частоту.
Подача отдельного питания на IR2156 особого результата не дали – время от времени инвертор выходил на рабочую частоту, но это было скорей случайностью, чем закономерностью.
Все танцы с бубном и без него ни к чему не привели – микросхема вела себя явно не так, как должна была вести. Немного поразмышляв я решил заказать в Ростове все три вида микросхем, которые были заказаны в Китае, а именно IR2156, NCP1397 и UCC25600. Благо долго ждать не пришлось и уже через день я запаял привезенную IR2156 в плату.
Блок питания запустился, перешел на рабочую частоту и на нагрузку 470 Ом работал вполне адекватно, правда транзисторы как то необоснованно грелись.
Тут выяснилось, что с расчетом трансформатора я чуток перемудрил – получилось слишком большое выходное напряжение.
Изначально данный инвертор затачивался по работу с блоком WZ3605E – это регулилятор для создания лабораторного блока питания до 30 вольт 5 ампер. Максимальное входное напряжение 36 вольт, а у меня получилось больше 40 вольт. WZ3605E может работать как на понижение, так и на повышение, поэтому небольшой провал напряжения под нагрузкой ему не принципиальны. Кроме этого к этому инвертору планируется подключать два таких блока с общим минусом (для чего так я не вникал), следовательно выходной ток инвертор должен обеспечивать не менее 10-12 ампер.
В общем трансформатор пришлось перематывать. В первоначальном трансформаторе в окне сердечника получилось довольно много свободного места, поэтому при перемотке на первичной обмотке я использовал теперь два провода на 0,67 мм, а во вторичной вместо трех намотал по 4 провода на каждую полуобмотку. Окно заполнилось полностью.
Установил трансформатор и убедившись в нормальном старте инвертора и переходе на рабочую частоту нагрузил инвертор током в полтора ампера. Выходное напряжение не просто провалилось, а провалилось очень сильно. Причем нагрев транзисторов усилился и очень заметно.
Под такой не значительной нагрузкой IR2156 переходила в режим софтстарта, т.е. частота преобразования поднималась и начинали появляться левые импульсы, которые меня сильно смущали на Китайской микросхеме.
Выпаяв транзисторы и проверив их решил все таки их заменить – поставил TK15A60U – 15 ампер и очень легкий затвор.
Запуск – отлично, переход на рабочую частоту – отлично, нагружаю на полтора ампера – просадка есть, но не значительная. Транзисторы холодные. Дальше проверка на токе 5 ампер, 10 ампер, 15 ампер – провал есть, но не большой, вполне сопоставимый с провалом на IR2155. На 16 с не большим амперах срабатывает защита от перегрузки.
